• Targeted audience reach: Your branding is visible directly on the beverage — logo and design on the bottles create a lasting impression.

• Minimum order (for beer):: 480 bottles (higher quantities possible on request and based on consumption).

• Flexible beverage options: Beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, non‑alcoholic drinks or any preferred beverage.

• Labeling of the minimum order possible in advance (labels provided by the sponsor).

• Full organizational support: We manage execution so you can fully focus on your brand presence.

• Cooling, glasses, cleaning service and disposal are included in the sponsorship.

• Program inclusion: Listing as a partner on the website and in additional event materials.

Your Contribution as Sponsor

• Production and delivery of custom labels for the bottles

• Your logo and brand design on the beverages — perfect branding for event participants

• Optional: Your roll‑up or beach flag during the serving period

Coordination & Details

The following points will be coordinated individually between the sponsor, the organizer and the venue:

• Date: Wednesday or Thursday

• Serving window

• Type of beverage: Beer, wine, champagne, cocktails, non‑alcoholic drinks or other choices (provided individually or via the venue/corkage)

• Service staff (if required) will be booked directly by the sponsor through the venue

Price: On Request
(Price applies to beer and comparable beverages. For drinks such as long drinks, cocktails, spirits, or additional services, price is available upon request.)
