Optional additional quantities: If you expect higher demand, we can arrange this in advance or charge based on consumption. Extra costs on request.

• Professional implementation: Professional waffle iron, two on‑site service staff,including accommodation at the event venue.

• Branding & visibility: Choose between a fully branded counter module or a branded street truck – plus logo visibility in the program, on the website, and on site.

• Complete service: Set‑up, dismantling, transport, and travel are all included – everything handled by us.

Operating Times & Organization

• Wednesday: 9:00–17:00

• Thursday: 9:00–16:00

• Full on‑site support by the service team – no staff from the sponsor required.
