• Fresh smoothies: 500 portions (300 ml) are freshly prepared during the event – e.g. 3 signature recipes or custom blends (e.g. apple, banana, raspberry, mango, spinach, cucumber, ginger).

• Attractive branding options: Branding of the wheel covers on both sides, counter, and bar equipment included.

• All‑inclusive service: Mobile sink, cooling options, recipe displays, consumables, and decoration – no separate power or water connection required.

• Professional support: 1 trained staff member on site for 8 hours per day ensures a smooth operation.

• Cups included: 500 branded cups (e.g. bio paper cups or smoothie cups) are included.

• Complete organization Transport, delivery, setup, and dismantling (including setup on the day before the event) are handled by BVL.

• Promotion of the activation in the event program

Organization

• Smoothie Bike: color subject to availability/coordination (e.g. green, blue, black, yellow, red, orange)
• Serving volume: 500 smoothie portions of 300 ml
• Activation period: both event days, staffed for 8 hours per day
• Branding: wheel covers, counter, bar equipment, cups
• Staffing & placement: managed by BVL on site, including setup and dismantling

Pricing Options

1. Add‑on for your own stand space: €7,900 for 250 portions per day

2. Without own stand space: €14,900 incl. 2 CX tickets for 250 portions per day

 

Special notes

Availability of the sponsorship will be checked upon request. The concept and presentation will be finalized in coordination with the sponsor. If no stand is available, placement will be organized by BVL.
