Travel, accommodation, accompanying person

For all speakers, we cover one night in a standard room at the Estrel conference hotel. For longer stays, we will be happy to book additional nights for you as a self-payer. In the period from 22 - 24.10.2025 the room rate in the BVL contingent is 203 € excl. breakfast. The prices include service and statutory VAT. Breakfast is charged at €25.00 per person per day. A double room is available for a surcharge of €12 per night. The city tax levied by the city of Berlin of 7.5% on the net accommodation price plus 7% VAT is to be added to the agreed contract rates. Do you require a hotel room?
Do you require a shuttle service?
We offer all speakers the opportunity to be shuttled within Berlin from the train station/airport or hotel to the event location and back. The shuttles are available from Tuesday, 21st, from 12 pm to Friday, 24th, until 3 pm.
Would you like to take an accompanying person with you during the event?
You have the option of either settling your travel expenses or taking an accompanying person with you free of charge on the day of your presentation. You can obtain information on the settlement of travel expenses from your session organizer or at kroehn@bvl.de

Declaration of consent

The BVL will record individual contributions from the event. These can also be made available after the event to participants who were not present on site and can be used for image and advertising purposes.
The BVL will be streaming individual contributions to the event live. After the event, these can also be made available to participants who were unable to attend and can be used for image and advertising purposes.
BVL Events App
As part of the CX, we provide all participants with the BVL Events app. The app is used for networking, exchange and on-site scheduling. All CX speakers are presented with a short profile. You are also welcome to actively use the app.
