Travel, accommodation, accompanying person

We will cover one night’s stay in a standard room at the Estrel conference hotel for all speakers. For longer stays, we’ll be happy to book additional nights for you at your own expense. From October 21–22, 2026, the room rate for the BVL block is €203, excluding breakfast. Prices include service charges and applicable VAT. A fee of €25.00 per person per day will be charged for breakfast. A double room is available for an additional charge of 12€ per night. The city of Berlin’s overnight stay tax (City Tax), which amounts to 7.5% of the net room rate plus 7% VAT, is charged in addition to the agreed-upon contract rates. Please book your room by September 15 using this form to reserve a room from our reserved room allocation. After this deadline, room availability can no longer be guaranteed. Wir bieten allen Speakern die Möglichkeit, zwischen Dienstag 12.00h und Donnerstag 18.00h (nicht Nachts von 00.00-7.00h), innerhalb Berlins vom Bahnhof/Flughafen oder Hotel zur Eventlocation sowie zurück geshuttelt zu werden. Fragen können mit ihrem jeweiligen Ansprechpartner geklärt werden.
Would you like to take an accompanying person with you during the event?
You have the option of either claiming your travel expenses (up to the maximum rate for a DB event ticket) or bringing one guest with you free of charge on the day of your presentation. Declaration of consent

The BVL will record individual contributions from the event. These can also be made available after the event to participants who were not present on site and can be used for image and advertising purposes.
The BVL will be streaming individual contributions to the event live. After the event, these can also be made available to participants who were unable to attend and can be used for image and advertising purposes.
BVL Events App
As part of the CX, we provide all participants with the BVL Events app. The app is used for networking, exchange and on-site scheduling. All CX speakers are presented with a short profile. You are also welcome to actively use the app.
