For all speakers, we will pay for one night in a standard single room at the Estrel conference hotel. For longer stays, we will be happy to book additional nights for you as a self-payer. (In the period from 23 - 25 October 2024, the room rate in the BVL fixed contingent is € 223.00 incl. breakfast. A double room is available for a surcharge of € 37.00 per night. We offer all speakers the opportunity to be shuttled within Berlin from the railway station/airport or hotel to the event location and back. Your session organiser will inform you whether the shuttle will be possible at the desired time.
